Find a Fur Baby: Please Meet Artichoke!

Submitted by Judith Levin

(March 15, 2024) — I posted this beautiful boy several times last year and to date he still does not have a home.  Artichoke has been at the Wallingford shelter for way over a year now and I believe is the longest resident.  I don’t understand why he can’t get a home of his own. It baffles me.

He is absolutely beautiful and such a good dog. He is shy but warms up quickly as he gets to know you. Artichoke is extremely smart and gets along with other dogs he meets. He would do really well in a quiet environment with a fenced in yard.  He really wants a family that he can call his own to get love and kisses.

There must be someone out there who is willing to give Artichoke a home of his very own.

If you would like to meet Artichoke, contact the Wallingford Shelter by calling them at  203-294-2180 or email them at: info@wallingfordanimalcontrol.com

Let us get this poor boy home!
