Field Hockey 2019: HKHS Ties Lyman Hall

The Haddam Killingworth High School Field Hockey team tied Lyman Hall in a 3-3 game on Monday, Sept. 23, 2019. HK scored two of their goals in the first half, and the third goal in the second half.  The first goal was made by  an unassisted player,  junior, Maddie Archer. The second goal was scored after the ball was passed from senior, Saige Sevigny to senior captain Emma Conklin. The third goal was shot in unassisted by senior captain, Hanna Leavitt.  Lyman Hall scored their 3 goals in the second half causing the game to go into a 7 v.7 sudden victory overtime.  With neither team scoring, the game ended in a tie.

The Cougars are looking forward to their next game against Old Saybrook High School at HK on Thursday, Sept. 26, 2019 at 3:45 p.m.
