Owl-O-Ween

Owl-O-Ween will be here soon! Owl-O-Ween will be held on Oct. 26, 2019, from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Parmelee Farm in Killingworth. This is the 13th annual fundraiser for A Place Called Hope that celebrates our native Owls along with the Halloween Holiday traditions! Come out for an all ages two hour Meet and Greet to be introduced to some of our States native owl species to learn about ways to lessen some of the conflicts these birds face living so closely to mankind. Meet live birds at different stations  in the outdoor pavilion at the Parmelee Farm. This is a great place to preview holiday costumes before the holiday and take photos near live owls! This is a great way to support APCH and the many birds in our care. Dress according to weather as this is an outdoor event.

A Place Called Hope is a non-profit organization that rehabilitates birds of prey in Killingworth, CT. One of their goals is to teach the public how to protect and respect wildlife, in particular Raptors.
