Monday, April 20, 2026 at 12:00 Noon: “The Dark Side of the Art World,” with Noah Charney (Virtual)
Hear expert analysis of the October 2025 art heist at the Louvre with Dr. Noah Charney, prominent professor of art history and founder of the Association for Research into Crimes Against Art. Charney will also discuss the complexities of art crime and the ways that theft can increase an artwork’s fame. Registration is required for all virtual programs. Thursday, April 23, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. Literature Seminar Series: Raymond Carver, with Tom Kelly (Part 2 of 2)
Tom Kelly leads a second literature seminar that will focus on Raymond Carver’s narrative technique in “Cathedral” (1983). This program is free and open to the public regardless of residency. Tuesday, April 28, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. “Medicare 101,” with the Senior Resources Agency on Aging.
This program provides an overview of Medicare from Laura Crews, Director of Benefits at the Senior Resources Agency on Aging. Crews will explain what Medicare is, the different Medicare coverage options, Medicare eligibility and how to enroll. This program is free and open to the public. Registration is suggested.
