The Haddam Land Trust invites everyone to join us hiking up Swan Hill at 10 a.m. on June 5. The hike, led by Peter Baird, is part of the Connecticut Trails Day 2021 event, sponsored by the Connecticut Forest and Park Association. The trail is approximately 2.2 miles, and your efforts will be rewarded by the Connecticut River views at the top.
In years past, walk-ins were permitted, but due to Covid, preregistration is required this year. Please visit tinyurl.com/bzwjbs28 to register (Note: registration doesn’t begin until May 20). Also, only 15 people may hike in one group. If the 10 a.m. hike fills up, and more people want to participate, a second hike later in the day will be scheduled. Questions?
