I would like to express a great big thank you to our local Nutmeg Pharmacy! The owner and pharmacist, Greg McKenna, made it possible to start administering COVID 19 vaccines once a week, 3 weeks ago. The first two were run so efficiently. I was helping out and did not hear one complaint. Folks were so grateful to receive it, close to home, without having to wait hours in line. It was also a wonderful opportunity for folks to see friends they haven’t seen since last March, in a socially distant, safe way. I loved seeing many folks I used to work with at RSD17! Thank you Greg, and staff, for providing this vital service to our communities. Killingworth, Haddam Neck and other nearby folks are welcome.
