Margaret Hale, 49, of Plains Road, Haddam, turned herself in on an arrest warrant, stemming from a domestic disturbance investigation.  Hale was charged with Criminal mischief 3rd degree and released on a promise to appear at Middlesex Superior Court on February 28, 2019.Â
