(December 5, 2025) — The Haddam-Killingworth High School football team led for most of the Principals Cup game against the co-op of Valley Regional/Lyme-Old Lyme on November 25, 2025 in Deep River on the strength of a Jamien Evans-to-Declan Moriarty, 25-yard touchdown pass in the first quarter, but the Warriors came back in the fourth quarter.
Samuel Zelek of Valley/L-OL completed his team’s comeback when he kicked a 43-yard field goal as time expired. HKHS finished the season with an overall record of 6-4.
