Annual Service of Remembrance and Support and Reception, Friday, December 7, 2018, 6:30 pm
The community is invited to attend this service to be held at St. James Episcopal Church, which recognizes that not everyone shares in the usual joyful celebration of the season. Some grieve the death of a spouse or a precious child. Others grieve the loss of a dear friend or a pet, a broken relationship or the loss or health or youth, while others struggle with unemployment or poverty. The service will include special prayers, candle lighting, scripture, and music. Prayer support for those who wish and a reception will follow the service.
