The Haddam Killingworth High School Varsity Softball team defeated Middletown on Thursday, April 21, 2022.
HK’s Kaleigh Bodak picked up her 9th win of the season with a complete game 3 hitter, striking out 9 and allowing just 2 runs. She also collected 3 hits, scored 2 runs and drove in one. Bella Richwine also had 3 hits, scored 2 runs and drove in 2. Five HK batters had 2 or more hits, while Kate Cogshall scored both Middletown runs with 2 hits and a walk.
