(June 10, 2023) — The Regional School District 17 Board of Education honored RSD 17’s Teachers and Staff of the Year at a ceremony held during the Board’s June 6, 2023 meeting at the Haddam-Killingworth High School Auditorium.

KES Teacher of the Year: Dana Kalksma
HKHS Teacher of the Year: Christine Ahearn
HKMS Teacher of the Year: Kristin Porriello

Staff Member of the Year Honorees:
District Staff Member of the Year: Brianna Hill
BES Staff Member of the Year: Judith Devenney
KES Staff Member of the Year: Jennifer Maio
