While the school administration supports the event, it does not help fund it. Instead, it relies on the generosity of local businesses and community members. Project Graduation is a 501(c)3 organization.

It is looking for donations of items such as gift certificates, swag items, gift baskets, college supplies, etc. In the past, the organization has given away folding dorm chairs, TVs, gift cards for various places where graduates can shop. Those will be used as door prizes for those who attend the event. Project Graduation also is looking for monetary donations to be used for purchasing food, games and entertainment. If you are an area restaurant and can donate food for the event, please contact the organization at  hkhsprojectgraduation@gmail.com.
