Letter to the Editor: Practice for Peace

“P for P” is an idea that stands for “Practice for Peace,” devoting fifteen to twenty minutes each day to peace through self-care. You could hike, bike, swim, do yoga or tai chi, play an instrument, cook a meal, sing, meditate or read Psalms.

Begin your activity with an earnest desire to devote your practice to peace. Put it out there in a spoken word or prayer, then complete your self-care activity of choice.

Feel blessed for blessing the world!
