I’m deeply honored to be given the opportunity to continue representing our community in the Connecticut General Assembly for a fourth term.

Now that election season is over, it’s time to come together and work on good governance for our state. Based on current tallies, it appears that the 33rd Senate District saw higher voter turnout than any other district across Connecticut.

As your State Senator, I pledge to continue working with my colleagues to find common-sense solutions to the biggest problems facing the residents of Connecticut. In January, I hope to return as the Senate Chair of the Energy and Technology Committee so that I can help address the pressing issues with our state’s energy grid, such as affordability, reliability and our shift toward clean energy sources.

I’m also hoping to participate in the ongoing discussions on housing affordability and supply, tax cuts, economic development and transportation infrastructure. As always, please feel free to contact me if there is anything that my office can do to help. Thank you for your continued support.

State Sen. Norm Needleman, (D) Essex
