(August 4, 2020) — Because of Tropical Storm Isaias, the Transfer Station will be closed today.
We plan to be open from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. tomorrow, Wednesday, 8-5-2020 for all categories of trash. Please continue to observe social distancing, and wear a mask to protect others and yourself.
You can always check at townofkillingworth.com to see whether there is an unplanned closure.
By the way, in anticipation of high winds today, we are laying flat any signs posted at Recycle Way.
