(July 11, 2023)—
Haddam Volunteer Fire Company (HVFC) responded to a motorcycle accident at 8:50 p.m. July 8, 2023 on Hubbard Road. Members of HVFC and Haddam Volunteer Ambulance Service, Inc. (HVAS) worked to safely rescue and remove the patient from a wooded area where the motorcyclist was found. The patient was transported to Hartford Hospital via HVAS with injuries. The accident is under investigation with the Connecticut State Police.
