At the Haddam Boy Scout Troop #44’s fall Court of Honor, held on Tuesday, Nov. 19, 2019, at the First Congregational Church of Haddam, there were five rank advancements, and 39 merit badges awarded, in a ceremony led by Scouts Ryder Page and Matt Pray.
- Jaden Frank and Dylan Marshall earned Tenderfoot rank
- Nick Boynton earned Second Class rank
- Tyson Glazier and Jackson Pray earned First Class rank
- Joe Daley earned his Life rank
- Evan Mainetti earned his gold palm (A Scout earns a palm for every 5 merit badges earned after the 21 merit badges required for Eagle rank. Evan has earned over 40 merit badges).
The following merit badges were awarded (number of Scouts who earned the merit badge in paranethesis):

BSA Troop #44G, the Boy Scouts’ sister troop, which was created February 1, 2019, when BSA allowed girls into the Scouts, BSA program, held their Court of Honor at the same time. In this regional troop, where two Scouts are from Haddam, and one is from Bristol, there was one rank advancements, and 6 merit badges awarded.
- Georgia Brown earned Second Class rank
