Lawrence Hall, 32, of Foot Hills Road, Higganum, was arrested after a domestic related dispute in Haddam and charged with Threatening 2nd and Disorderly Conduct. Hall was released on a $1,500 non surety bond and to appear at Middlesex Superior Court on May 24, 2019.
