(Dec. 8, 2019) — We recently held our End of Year Celebration! We reflected on the season and the positive atmosphere we created at the beginning and maintained throughout the year. Here are some team and individual recognitions we noted:

James Larkin Coach’s Award recipients: Kaitlyn Parri, Ashley Duncanson, and Rebecca Fisher
2019 James Larkin Coach’s Award was given to three members of the HKHS soccer team. HKHS lost James a year and a half ago. He was a teacher, coach, friend to many at HKHS. James was a friend to everyone he met. He had a great sense of humor and was fiercely loyal. He was a champion of the underdog and looked for the best in people. He was always looking for a way to make people smile. James was a leader among the faculty and coaching staff. The recipients of this award embody so many of the great qualities James brought to HKHS. This years recipients of the 2019 James Larkin Coach’s Award went to Rebecca Fisher, Ashley Duncanson, and Kaitlyn Parri.
