Football 2018: HKHS vs. Morgan

On Friday, Sept. 21, 2018, the Haddam Killingworth High School Varsity football team defeated Morgan High School in Higganum with a final score of H-K 37, Morgan 22. Tobey Callender scored on three touchdown runs and had two interceptions to lead the Cougars (3-0) over Morgan (0-3) in Higganum Friday night. J.P. Nye had three touchdown passes for Morgan.

Summary:

First Quarter: M – Ryan Caldwell 13 pass from J.P. Nye (pass failed); HK – Tobey Callender 1 run (run failed)

Second Quarter: M – Mike Savage 10 pass from Nye (Caldwell pass from Nye); HK – Dalton Brown 21 run (Callender run)

Third Quarter: HK – Dalton Modehn 20 run (Modehn run); HK – Callender 6 run (Modehn run)

Fourth Quarter: HK – Callender 2 run (Jordan Callahan kick); M – Deven Talarczyk 30 pass from Nye (Savage pass from Nye)
