(October 30, 2026) — The United Congregational Church of Haddam and Higganum is delighted to announce its 15th Annual Yuletide Quilt Show and Holiday Bazaar, taking place on November 21, 2026 from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the church’s Haddam campus, located at 905 Saybrook Road in Haddam.
There will be more than 150 handcrafted quilts on display, captivating quilting enthusiasts and casual visitors alike. In addition to the quilt exhibit, the Holiday Bazaar will feature an array of holiday items for sale, as well as quilting and sewing vendors, a “crafty” tag sale, a huge selection of raffle baskets, and a chance to win a handmade quilt. The church’s café will be open throughout the day, serving a variety of homemade soups, pies, artisan breads and hot beverages.
If you are a quilter or own a quilt you’d like to display, we’d love to showcase it! To register your quilt for the event, an Exhibitor’s Registration Form can be downloaded from the church’s website at www.haddamchurch.org/events/quilt-show. There is no cost to participate as an exhibitor and all exhibitors will be entered into a drawing to win a $50 VISA gift card. Admission to the quilt exhibit is $10, with free entry for children under 12. Access to the activities in the fellowship hall—raffles, lunch, holiday wares, and vendors—does not require an admission fee. Proceeds from the event will benefit the church and its many community outreach programs, including support for the Haddam Food and Fuel Banks, Haddam-Killingworth Youth and Family Services, and the HK Backpack Program.
