BSA Scouting Troop #44B is open to all boys from fifth grade to age 18; BSA Scouting Troop #44G is open to all girls from fifth grade to age 18 (This is a regional troop, welcoming girls from East Haddam, Haddam, Killingworth, and surrounding towns). The Troops meet regularly every Tuesday, whenever school is in session, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Haddam Campus of United Congregation Church of Haddam and Higganum located at 905 Saybrook Road. In addition, the Troops have one weekend campout each month during the school year and go on a spring trip.
