I write in support of Cinzia Lettieri for election to the Connecticut House of Representatives for District 35. Energy, enthusiasm, and knowledge are what Cinzia brings to the table. Her way is not “business as usual,” but rather a burst of fresh ideas for better governance.
Listening to voters in Killingworth, Clinton, and Westbrook, Cinzia is aware of their frustrations and fears. To her, listening means actually knocking on doors and asking people how they are doing and what they expect from their representatives. In Killingworth alone, she knocked on over a thousand doors.
Affordability, the ability for seniors to age in place, an educational system prepared for the challenges of the decades ahead, fixing an aging state infrastructure, and protecting the environment are among her major concerns. Over the last two years, Cinzia followed many of the issues that came before our state legislature. She is well prepared to step into the role as our State Representative on day one. I’ve seen her information binder on topics before the legislature. It is impressive!
