YES/NO: “Shall Regional School District No. 17, comprised of the Towns of Haddam and Killingworth, appropriate $151,900,000 for renovations and improvements to Haddam-Killingworth High School and authorize the issuance of bonds or notes of the District in an amount not to exceed $77,200,000 to finance the appropriation, or so much as may be necessary after deducting grants to be received for the project?”
