(July 16, 2026) — Shelby Welsch of Higganum has been named to the Mississippi State University Spring 2026 President’s List. Students on the President’s List achieved a 3.80 or better GPA, based on a 4.0 scale, while completing at least twelve semester hours of coursework. Welsch received a Bachelor of Science Magna Cum Laude from MSU’s College of Agriculture and Life Sciences at the school’s commencement this past May.
