Submitted by Haddam Historical Society

(February 18, 2026) — Did you know that Haddam Neck once had an airport? Did you know that paper was manufactured along Pine Brook? Did you know that the privateering vessel Sampson was based in Haddam Neck?

Join the Haddam Historical Society on Sunday, March 1, 2026 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. for a PowerPoint presentation of historic photographs of Haddam Neck from the archives of the Haddam Historical Society and the Walter Olsen Collection.
