(June 14, 2025) — Haddam Volunteer Fire Company Chief Baber received his 25-years-of-service pin during the month of June.
Chief Baber joined Haddam Volunteer Fire Company in 2001 and is certified in Firefighter I, II, Fire Service Instructor and Hazmat Operations. He’s also an Emergency Medical Responder (EMR).
He has served as Captain in 2003-2005, First Assistant Chief in 2005-2013 and was elected Chief in July 2013, serving in this role for more than a decade.
