(May 29, 2025) — The Haddam Historical Society will host a Butterfly/Nature Walk at Haddam Meadows State Park on Sunday, June 8, 2025 at 11:00 a.m.
Learn about butterflies and the natural habitat of Haddam Meadows with local naturalist Jeff Fast from the Into the Woods store in Tylerville. We will explore the Meadows along the riverfront as we look for and observe these beautiful and important insects.
This will be an easy walk and family-friendly. It is free and open to the public. Meet at the Haddam Boat Launch. Wear tick-appropriate attire. Please call 860-345-2400 or email contact@haddamhistory.org with any questions. The rain date is June 15, 2025 at 11:00 a.m.
