(Middletown, CT.) Chairman Tom Byrne of the Middlesex County Chamber of Commerce announced that the Middlesex County Chamber of Commerce’s sold out Golf Tournament event which featured 144 golf players.
The Middlesex Chamber’s Golf Committee plans the Annual Golf Tournament every year, which brings many opportunities to support Chamber programs. This year’s 38th Annual Middlesex Chamber Golf Tournament presented by Liberty Bank took place last Thursday at Lyman Orchards Golf Club. The Tournament’s winners are as following:
First Place Winners – Cody Hampshire, Don Richards, and PJ Sanzo.
Second Place Winners – David Director, Todd Director, Brett Director, and Brian Mikulski.
Third Place Winners – Bill Foster, Corry Patteson, Jason Soucy, and Michael Vigeant.

Proceeds from the tournament support many Chamber programs such as the Hal Kaplan Middletown Mentor Program, Youth at Work Program, Substance Abuse Programs, and the Lorraine C. McHugh Scholarship which is given to a graduating senior who attends UConn or one of the four Connecticut State University System schools.
Middlesex Chamber President Larry McHugh noted, “I would like to thank everyone who participated and continues to support the Middlesex County Chamber of Commerce Golf Tournament. This was another great Golf Tournament and we look forward to another successful Golf Tournament next year.”
