Town of Haddam P&Z Public Hearing to be Held Dec. 5, 2019

The Planning & Zoning Commission of Haddam, Connecticut will hold a Public Hearing at the Haddam Town Hall, 21 Field Park Dr., Haddam, CT on December 5th, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. to act upon the following item(s):

1. Request for a special permit for a Home Business Use as an Art Gallery/Studio at 350 Saybrook Road/Map 14 Lot 51 Applicant/Agent Susan Mongeon
2. Request for a special permit to allow a day care facility at 6 Brooks Court – Map 49 Lot 68-3 Applicant/Agent – DBP LLC
3. Request for a zoning text amendment to amend Section 3 Definitions of the Zoning Regulations to add “Therapeutic and Rehabilitative Wellness Center” and amend Section 7.3 to add “Therapeutic and Rehabilitative Wellness Center” as a special permit use in the Commercial C-1 Zone.
