(September 10, 2023) — The Connecticut Department of Transportation has issued the following traffic advisory for road closures at the Haddam/East Haddam Swing Bridge (Route 82):
The 63-hour bridge closure scheduled to begin at 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 10, 2023 has been cancelled. There will, however, be overnight bridge closures as follows:
- Sunday (9/10) night into Monday (9/11) morning – 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
- Monday (9/11) night into Tuesday (9/12) morning – 7:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
- Tuesday (9/12) night into Wednesday (9/13) morning – 7:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
- Wednesday (9/13) night into Thursday (9/14) morning – 11:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
