Sign Up for the Sept 12, 2020 Artisan Market at Parmelee Farm

Last year was a big success, so we’re going to follow a similar format with just a few tweaks.  Fees  for the September 12, 2020 Artisan Market at Parmelee Farm will remain the same, with approximately 85 vendors.  Please visit our website ASAP for the application, parmeleefarmmarket.org , and send it in with vendor fee immediately, as we have a list of new vendors wanting “in”. Potential new vendors MUST e-mail photos of your craft, and set up at markets if you have pics available – manager@parmeleefarmmarket.org. Returning vendors do not have to submit photos via e-mail for approval, unless you’re bringing a whole new concept.

We will sort through the applications as they come in the month of January and reply  to each vendor regarding acceptance in the beginning of February.   Although it’s important to get your apps in ASAP, this is not a first come first serve market.  We ask for patience as we sort through the apps, because once again we want to be sure we don’t oversaturate the market with too many of any one thing. On that note – Last year there were a few vendors who were frustrated due to finding vendors with similar crafts. We can’t guarantee this won’t happen, and in fact a little competition is not a bad thing, but understand that cropping the vendor list down to accommodate this means a few will have to be denied entry into the market. We never intend to offend anyone, so please understand our job to balance the market is not an easy one and we don’t enjoy denying entry any more than the recipient of that news. Our goal is to provide a fun event for all, quality artisan goods, and reasonable profitability for all vendors.

Fees are non-refundable unless you have a genuine emergency and are unable to attend. We hold the market rain or shine. A rain date is not possible due to the many other events that are held at the farm throughout the year, including weddings, etc. In the event of SEVERE weather, the market will be cancelled and although we cannot refund your market fee, it will be honored for the 2021 market.
