Letter to the Editor: In support of Steve Bayley

Stephen Bayley has always been passionate when it comes to family and being part of his community. With that in mind, Steve has put his energies into running for the Board of Education.

I have served on a Condominium Board of Directors with Steve for the past 3 years.  He had served many terms prior to this one.   Taking on a voluntary role in a condo association is not easy. Being the President puts one directly in the hot seat, having to navigate a multitude of personalities that clash over numerous issues month after month. Traditionally, it’s a tough job. During the pandemic, it is even more so. And, thankless.  It became a test of true character.

Despite the challenges with the community’s needs during this unique time, Steve continued to serve with the passion and determination to solve problems facing the Board of Directors and Association.  He did not quit. That says a lot about an elected official .

With appreciation for his genuine interest and commitment to making things work,

Lisa Klein
Former Member Board of Directors
Cromwell Hills Condominium Association
