Two great events happening for our kids, long- and short-term, this weekend.
KES Playground Community Build. The KES PTO has been working for years to raise funds for a new playground at the school. The new equipment has finally arrived, and on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (Oct. 22-24), the PTO will hold a community build. Please come if you can! Sign up here for whatever time you can give. Our kids will benefit for years to come.
Parmelee Pumpkin Carving Party. One of the best days of the year is back. It’s from 12:00 to 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 23, 2021. Pumpkins are free. The unvaccinated or those who have immune-compromised adults or children at home are strongly advised to wear a mask. Hand sanitizer will be available on tables. Many thanks to the Middlesex County Chamber of Commerce, the Killingworth Lions Club, Barnum Capital Management, Conway Painting, and Roberts Food Center for contributing to this event. A great time for kids of all ages this very weekend.
