(August 2, 2019) — At Haddam Killingworth High School, Sheila Ward, who has been the Assistant Principal for five years, has decided to head back into the classroom, and will join the Science Department, teaching Biology and Marine Science.Adam Apicella began as Assistant Principal on July 1, 2019. He comes to Haddam Killingworth High School from Coventry Public Schools where he was a high school math teacher and coach of the girls’ tennis team and assistant coach of the girls’ soccer team. “I look forward to listening, learning, and contributing to the excellent learning environment that already exists here at HK,” said Mr. Apicella.
