(February 1, 2024) — The Haddam-Killingworth High School Boys basketball team defeated Coginchaug on January 30, 2024 by a score of 77-62. It was an all-around team effort.
Junior Andrew Crayton led all scorers with a career high 31 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists. Senior co-captain Blake Kamoen followed with 19. Declan Moriarty had 6 points and Ryan Erskine had 5. Solid defense and rebounding by senior co-captain Bryce O’Linn, Joe Slane, Cody Robinson, Jay Evans, and Spencer Savoy contributed to the victory.
It was a resounding win on Youth Night. Thanks to all who came out to support the Cougars. Next up: Morgan on February 2, 2024 at home. Come out to support the Cougars. JV at 5:30 p.m., Varsity at 7:00 p.m.. See you on the court.
