Brainerd Library is sponsoring a Selectmen candidates forum on Wednesday, Oct. 2, 2019 at Haddam Killingworth High School from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. The public is encouraged to come hear their positions on timely issues facing Haddam.
Candidates will answer pre-submitted questions from local groups, civic organizations, students and individuals.
Please submit questions to tpiezzo@brainerdlibrary.org or in person at the library. Following the event, candidates will stay to meet attendees and follow-up questions can be asked.
The event at HKHS auditorium will be moderated by Kent Jarrell, a former national television newsman, and Tom Piezzo, Brainerd Library director.
Coffee and light refreshments will be available.
