At the Haddam Boy Scout Troop #44’s spring Court of Honor, held on Tuesday, May 28, 2019, at the First Congregational Church of Haddam, there were 16 rank advancements, and 25 merit badges awarded, in a ceremony led by Scouts Ryder Page and Soren Tassmer.
- Colin Mitchell, Drew Chadwick, Jaden Frank, Dylan Marshall, and Mason Weems earned Scout rank
- Zachary Lloyd, Ian Masterson, Nicholas Boynton, Liam Brown, and Cooper Meehl earned Tenderfoot rank
- Soren Tassmer and Liam Emigh earned Second Class rank
- Joe Mercier and Nathan Wytas earned Star Scout rank
- Trevor Izzo and Joe Dailey earned Life Scout
- Evan Mainetti earned his bronze palm
The following merit badges were awarded (number of Scouts who earned the merit badge):

BSA Troop #44G, the Boy Scouts’ sister troop, which was created February 1, 2019, when BSA allowed girls into the Scouts, BSA program, held their first Court of Honor at the same time. In this regional troop, where one Scout is from Haddam, one from Bristol, and one from Clinton, there were five rank advancements, and six merit badges awarded.
- Georgia Brown and Eileen Whittel earned Scout and Tenderfoot rank
- Adelle Colucia earned Scout rank
The following merit badges were awarded:
- Citizenship in the Nation (3)
- Citizenship in the World (3)
