On Tuesday First Selectman McGarry accepted a check for $10,516 from the Connecticut Interlocal Risk Management Agency (CIRMA). CIRMA provides Workers’ Compensation, liability, vehicle, property and other insurance for Haddam. The check represents Haddam’s share of CIRMA’s equity distribution program which returns excess surplus (reserve) funds to the member towns.
