Sand Art Terrariums – Killingworth Library Come learn with us as we make colorful terrariums. All supplies will be provided. For ages 10-17. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Space is limited, so please register in advance. 860 663-2000.

Higganum Farmers Market  3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Free Concert – Parmelee Farm  6:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. 1974 returns to Parmelee Farm! Bring a blanket or a chair to enjoy an evening of live entertainment. In the event of rain, shows will be cancelled.

Saturday, July 30

Tag Sale – St. James Episcopal Church in Higganum will sponsor a tag sale 9:00 a.m. –2:00 p.m. at the church’s parish hall at the corner of Route 81 and Little City Road.

Ahoy Mateys Music with Margie – Killingworth Library  11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Sunday, July 31

U.S. Coast Guard Concert – The Haddam & Killingworth Lions will present the second annual U.S. Coast Guard Band Outdoor Concert from 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m., at
Parmelee Farm. No tickets required; this is a free event. Bring your picnic
basket, blankets and chairs, favorite beverages, your favorite people and come
and enjoy the concert band classics and Swinging Dixieland Jazz.

Monday, August 1

LEGO Club – 5:00 p.m. This drop-in program for kids of all ages is held on the 1st & 3rd Monday of every month. Build LEGO creations to display in the library, with one themed build and one free build each month.
