This is the first report from Blue Earth Compost which covers the first three weeks of the Food Scrap Recycling program that started at the transfer station December 8, 2021!
We started with three Blue Earth 32 gallon bins and now are up to five. Thank you for your support.
Starter kits (if you want one) are still available at the Town Office Building in the Tax Collector’s office or First Selectman’s office. Hours there are Monday – Wednesday 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Thursday 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Friday 8:30 a.m. to noon. Tax Collector’s office is closed to the public on Wednesdays.
