(May 29, 2023) — The Haddam Killingworth High School Cougars traveled to Wolcott for their opening round State Class S Boys Tennis Tournament match on May 26, 2023 and came away with a 7-0 victory. “Our singles lineup played exceptionally well today,” said Coach Pakus. “Will Lirot should be singled out at #4 singles because the match was won and he still was playing with the same enthusiasm in the third set as he did in the first and second. Our whole team stormed the courts to congratulate him after that win and he deserved every high-five.”
H-K next plays an away match in the Class S Tournament at Stonington, Saturday, May 27, 2023 at 10:00 a.m.
