Haddam Volunteer Fire Auxiliary members held a special election at their September meeting. This was necessary due to an unexpected vacancy. The new officers for the 2021-2022 year are as follows: Carolyn Schuler, president; Paula Perras, vice-president; Karen Roche, secretary; and Barbara Galloway, treasurer.
Following the installation of these newly elected officers, Auxiliary members held their regular business meeting. This included discussing plans for their upcoming Vendor Fair. The event will be held on Sunday, November 7, from 12:00 noon to 3:00 p.m. at the new firehouse, 439 Saybrook Road. Proceeds will be given to the Haddam Fuel Bank. Once finalized, a list of participating vendors will be publicized. Save the date!
