(October 20, 2023) — Hey! You need a best friend? Well, don’t look any further. I am your girl. My name is Twyla and I am a five-year-old Labrador Retriever who spent the first few years of my life as a puppy mill mama. I was kept in a small cage with hardly any human contact.
I am as sweet as sweet can be. I warm up quickly to women, but a gentle male voice will work too, so that I can gain trust. I am very silly, hopping around, playing, and galloping through the yard with my foster sister.
I am very intelligent, love going for walks, as well as chasing the ball. Got to love the ball.
Snuggling is the BEST! I need a patient, kind and loving home so I can continue to learn to trust humans. I will give my love back tenfold. I like older kids who aren’t too loud.
