(August 18, 2023) — Sweet Shiloh has been returned through no fault of his own. He did not have a good relationship with the other canines in the home. Hey, it happens. So East Lyme Animal Control is looking for someone who knows the Sheltie breed. They would need to dedicate the time to spend with him by walking and providing the training he needs.
This handsome guy loves to be with people. A fenced-in yard is preferable, but Animal Control can work with that if it is the right home for him. Shiloh is neutered and has all his shots.
Just as an FYI, Animal Control will do a home inspection and check veterinarian references. They just want to make sure this will be his FOREVER home. as the poor thing has been through so much. It is incredibly stressful for them.
