(October 7, 2022) — Come join the fun! Join an enthusiastic group of volunteers at the beautiful Haddam Meadows State Park for our second fall clean-up and trash pick-up on Saturday, October 22, 2022, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. The rain date is Saturday, October 29th.
Participants are asked to meet in the middle picnic area. Adults, and youth under 16 years of age accompanied by an adult, are encouraged to participate by removing oriental bittersweet and other invasives and/or by picking up trash. Please dress for the weather. Wear waterproof boots, bring garden loppers or saw, insect repellent, sunscreen, water, and first aid supplies.  Refreshments will be served. Do not bring pets.
