Drop in for a hands-on look at the science and history of video gaming. Experience the past and play with an assortment of retro video game consoles dating back 40 years. Featuring celebrated classics such as the Nintendo Entertainment System and Sega Genesis, early pioneers like the Atari 2600 and Coleco-vision, and forgotten gems including the Vectrex and TurboGrafx-16! Over a dozen old-school game systems will be here for you to play, running on vintage televisions sets to truly send you back in time! See the evolution of an art form in person and learn how simple moving squares on the TV screen morphed into the life-like world of video gaming we have today. No registration required. Free and open to all.
