Baseball 2019: HKHS Defeated by Portland in Shoreline Conference Final

The Haddam Killingworth High School Varsity Baseball team was defeated by Portland at Palmer Field on Friday, May 24, 2019 in the Shoreline Conference Final with a final score of HK 1, Portland 2. Cole Peterson’s RBI double in the 8^th scored Grant Collins who had walked, to give Portland the Shoreline Championship. Jimmy McGoey drove in Jon Civiello in the sixth to tie the game. Carm Rosa pitched two hit ball through five innings of work, while Bryan Dinnis struck out 7 for Portland.
