(December 16, 2023) — During the season of giving thanks, Haddam Social Services would like to give an immense thank-you to Dino’s Pizza Restaurant, located at 968 Killingworth Road in Higganum.
Dino Meleounis, the owner of Dino’s Restaurant, (above photo, left, with Becky Rice, Senior & Social Services Director), gave Social Services 10 gift cards to his restaurant worth $50.00 each for a grand total of $500.00 worth of cards to his delicious restaurant for the clients of Social Services.
If you haven’t tried Dino’s restaurant, I personally recommend it. His motto is “where the best of friends meet.” Since 1997, they have been proudly serving delicious homemade food to their extended family in Haddam.
At Haddam Social Services, we are eternally grateful to be part of the community. The outpouring of the overall Haddam community is immense and heartwarming. We thank each and every one of you who have contributed to us through donations, whether they be food, clothing or monetary donations. Happy Holidays from us to you!
