Synergismus Duo Present Free Concert in Killingworth July 12th

(July 6, 2026) — Killingworth residents Randy and Millie Calistri-Yeh (the Synergismus Duo) are excited to return to Parmelee Farm on Sunday July 12, 2026 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in a free concert titled “Songs from Stage and Screen,” with music from Broadway, opera, movies, and TV, along with fascinating stories behind the music. Synergismus is the premier violin-cello duo of Southern Connecticut. Millie and Randy Calistri-Yeh have been playing together for more than thirty years in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut.

Millie Calistri-Yeh is first violinist in the Connecticut Symphony Orchestra and the Farmington Valley Symphony Orchestra.  She was previously first violinist in the Livingston Symphony Orchestra (New Jersey) and Penfield Symphony Orchestra (New York), and assistant concertmaster of the Finger Lakes Symphony Orchestra (New York). She studied violin at the Eastman School of Music under Stanley Chepaitis and Oliver Steiner.

Randy Calistri-Yeh is assistant principal cellist of the Connecticut Symphony Orchestra and the Farmington Valley Symphony Orchestra.  He was previously principal cellist of the Livingston Symphony Orchestra (New Jersey), the Penfield Symphony Orchestra (New York), and the Finger Lakes Symphony Orchestra (New York). He is the founder of Custom Chamber Music, which provides custom arrangements of classical music.

Parmelee Farm is located at 465 Route 81 in Killingworth.
